The program was developed in an effort to connect fans who share a passion for new music with the best tracks from up-and-coming musicians. Whether it’s soulful R&B or hard-driving rock, New York BreakOut Bands is a celebration of eclectic musical tastes and the diverse and ever-present culture that defines the New York music scene.

We sought both signed and unsigned artists in the New York area, as well as parts of New Jersey and Connecticut, that represent some of the hottest up-and-coming talent within their genres.

NYBreakOutBands.com introduces fans to the latest music from the hottest new bands and singer/songwriters on the music scene. You can also vote for your favorite tracks and download artists’ new music.

For the die-hard music fans that seek out the underground indie or for the casual fan who just likes something that sounds good, New York BreakOut Bands has something for everyone.
